A coral inspired garland out of hot glue and braid for the Christmas tree.
As a continuation of my seaside stimulated Christmas ornament quest, I had this concept. It can without difficulty be tailored to some thing topic you need.
Items required are:
Spray the silicon sheet or tray with non-stick spray. This will make it much simpler to cast off the glue charms once they may be dry. Then fire up the trusty glue gun and start making charms.
GAMBAR4 Once dried, I loosened all of the charms. Granted, I am now not the arena’s quality glue gunslinger and a number of the charms have been extremely bushy. I took a while to tidy them up, the use of a pair of scissors in some times.
Once tidied I sprayed them gold on each aspects.
Next I cut the braid to the required period, possibly 1.5m and sealed the rims with the glue gun to save you them from fraying.
I positioned the braid flat on the sheet, taking care not to allow it twist, This may also require weighing it down with something. After making plans the position of the charms through placing them above the braid within the required spots, I glued them on. In retrospect I ought to have spaced them more closely together to make a bigger effect. Never much less, I am still pretty pleased with the final results.
